Privacy Policy

Account data: your name, email address, and business name when you register.

Invoice data: invoices, amounts, due dates, payment links, and reminder rules you create.

Customer data: names and email addresses of your customers that you add so we can send reminders on your behalf. You confirm you have the right to share this data with us.

Technical data: basic logs (pages visited, timestamps) needed for security and debugging.

We use your data only to operate PayChaser: run your account, send the invoice reminders you configure, track email delivery, process your subscription, and keep the service secure. We never sell your data and we never send marketing emails to your customers.

We rely on a small number of trusted providers to run the service:

• Hosting and deployment (Vercel)
• PostgreSQL database hosting
• Transactional email delivery (Resend)
• Payments and billing — our Merchant of Record (Lemon Squeezy), which handles cards, taxes, and invoices for subscriptions

Each provider only receives the data needed to perform its function.

You can access, correct, or delete your account data at any time from Settings, or by emailing us from the contact page. Deleting your account permanently removes your invoices, customers, and reminder history.

We keep your data while your account is active and for a short period afterwards for backups and legal obligations. All traffic is encrypted (HTTPS), passwords are hashed, and every API route is authenticated so users can only access their own business data.

If we change this policy, we will update the date above. Continued use of PayChaser after changes means you accept the updated policy.
